  1. Contacts, for this purpose, are your clients and prospective clients, as well as professional relations such as builders and designers.
  2. These can be directly accessed from the left-hand pane.
  3. Contacts will be sorted alphabetically by last name.
  4. Keep this Contact at the top of your Contact list by clicking the “Favorite” icon, which looks like this ☆.
