The Contracts module allows you to create a legal document that states the Contract Sale Price and Payment Terms derived from the Investment Analysis for you to present to your client or signature.
Once you have completed the Investment Analysis, and you have updated the status of the Investment to "Accepted," an option to create a Contract will appear on the right-hand pane.

From the Investment page, click on the NEW + button in the right-hand pane to set up the Contract parameters.
- Choose your approximate start and end date.
- The Contract Price will automatically import from the Investment that was accepted.
- Enter notes if needed.
- Choose Payment Terms by preset template terms or create your own by clicking on MANUALLY*.
- *Custom (Manual) payment terms only available in Plus & Premium subscriptions.
- Name each payment stage in the "Term Name" field.
- Define the percentage of the project total due at each stage.
- To add another payment stage, click the + ADD button.
- The total of all stages must add up to 100%.
- Click CREATE.
- You can go back and edit these terms from the Contract window if needed.
Contract Terms
Once you have defined your payment terms, you can generate the Contract by clicking the attachments button toward the bottom of the Contract page.
Create Contract Document
This will open up the Attachments page where you can click the NEW + button toward the top right of the center pane.
- Select "Contract" as the Template Type.
- Select the desired Contract Template.
- Click CREATE.
Another tab will open to display a preview of the Contract document.
To save this document to your device, click the save icon at the very top right of the window:

Once the Contract is signed by your new client, make sure to update the Contract Status by clicking SIGN CONTRACT on the Contract page to keep your dashboard up to date.
When you click on Contracts in the left pane menu, it will display all of your contracts and their status.
