How do I create a contact?

  1. Click on the Contacts tab on the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on +NEW (top right).
  3. Enter all the General Information paying attention to the required fields.
    1. The Company field is likely only necessary for a B2B relationship such as a builder or designer.
  4. Enter Contact Information.
  5. Click the + ADD if you have additional contact info to add.
  6. Enter Billing Address.
  7. Chose Related Contact if required.
    1. On the initial setup, there will be no related contacts to choose from. A Related Contact could be a designer or builder that referred the client, or an actual relative like a husband or wife.
  8. Enter Notes.
    1. Notes can be anything specific to the contact or the relationship to related contact. This is NOT where you put notes about the job or project.
  9. Click CREATE.
