Tilly is an advanced A.I. bot that is here to help you find the answer to your question instantly. Tilly appears in the lower right corner of your screen, and the icon consists of two parts, the text and her avatar (picture). If you click on the text "Ask Tilly" this will bring up a menu that is related to the learning assistant tours and journeys.
From here you have access to many functions such as:
- Start, resume, or change your learning journey.
- Find mini "How-To Tours" that will address specific sections or tasks relevant to the part of DesignAlign you are currently in.
- Link to our Knowledge Base of How-To Articles.
- Create a Support Ticket.
If you click on Tilly's avatar (picture) you will open the chat window. You can ask Tilly anything relevant to DesignAlign and she will comb through all of the How-To's and FAQs in the Knowledge Base to quickly come up with an answer or a link to an article that may answer your question. Don't worry, if Tilly can't find an answer for you, we can connect you to a representative during business hours or you can send us a message directly through the chat window, and we will get back to you promptly. You can also submit a Support Ticket, and a representative will typically get back to you within one business day.
