Pipeline (Plus & Premium only)
The Pipeline module is an interactive view of your Opportunities by their respective Opportunity Stage. You can filter Opportunities displayed on the Pipeline by Opportunities created in the last 30, 60, 90 days or created in a specific year. Pipeline will display Contact name, Opportunity name and the Salesperson assigned to each Opportunity, and you can click on any one of these to access them directly.
You can drag and drop each Opportunity card to a different Opportunity stage in real time by left clicking and holding on the Opportunity card and then dragging the Opportunity card to the desired Opportunity stage.
If you're an "Admin" user, you can view Opportunities from other users in the company by clicking "Other" and selecting any additional users you'd like included in your Pipeline view. This feature is limited to Admin users only.
Admin users also have the ability to add and modify the Opportunity Stages company-wide. To change the Opportunity Stages:
- Click "Settings" on the left hand menu.
- Under "Opportunities" click "Stages" toward the bottom-left of the center pane.
