What is an Investment Analysis?
The Investment Analysis is the budgeting area inside DesignAlign. This is where you and your prospect will collaborate to build out an Investment Range for their project.
In the Investment Analysis Template, you'll be able to pre-configure the project to align with the Homework and input from your prospective client. Then, when you have your sit down meeting, you'll guide your prospect through each category on the template to help them make educated choices for their investment. They'll have a chance to see in real-time all of the components that will go into their project, and prioritize which categories are the most important to them and their needs.
This collaborative process will allow you to demonstrate your expertise and experience, while gaining trust with your prospect through transparency.
